John, originally from St Vincent, opened the restaurant in 2007 with a vision: to offer a warm and welcoming dining experience, bringing together traditional Caribbean dishes and British classics, each with a distinctive Cribbs twist.
Our varied menus, including vibrant lunch specials and Caribbean-style breakfasts, mean there's something for everyone. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible to create the bold, authentic flavours the Caribbean is known for, right here in Cornwall.
